MSC Seaside Reservations

I am new to MSC. I have the Auera experience which comes with 2 massages. I also added the trio specially dining package. My question is when and how can I make reservations for these things? Is this available on the MSC for me app? Can I call? Or must I wait till I get on the ship? If I am able to do before my cruise, how much before is acceptable? Thanks so much.

For your massages go directly to the spar when boarding and reserve them spots go fast. On the agent site I could reserve the specialty dining times.

I purchased the specialty trio via a call to the CS who set up our dining times at that time. Might try calling and asking can you reserve times?
