Taxi from Kaohusing cruise port to Fokuangshan

I read on this website https://khh.travel/Article.aspx?a=2060&l=2 that there are Tourist Taxis at the pier that charge a flat rate per hour. Have anyone taken that to Fokuangshan and what is the rate per hour? We are a group of 10, are there larger size taxis?
