What Carnival Ship is This ?

Food Network is showing a special on their " Food Network Challange- Sugar Design" They sent several Pastry-teams on a Carnival cruise and then challanged them to create a Centerpiece out of Sugar inspired by one of their excursions in their ports of call which were: Isla Roatan, Belize, Costa Maya and Cozumel. There was a short clip of the shp and the Whale Tail was very visable but I could not tell what ship it was.
