Cruising Excursions.com

Has anyone heard of the company Cruising Excursions.com? They offer a good price on shore excursions, but I know nothing about them.

We booked an Athens tour through this company. The made us pre-pay for the excursion which should have sent up red flags; most just ask for a deposit. Then, our ship was late due to weather, but they wouldn't adjust either the tour end time or the amount they charged us. This included entrance tickets they didn't have to purchase!

Avoid this company at all costs!

Booked 2 tours with them recently, had reason to make a complaint about both tours not including everything stated on their website. They took a while to get back to me and then basically said I was lying. Not impressed and would not use them again.
