Question about Dawn's restaurants

Can someone tell me which ones have surcharge and which ones do not? I cannot seem to get much information from the NCL site. Thank you.

When did they add the charge at Impressions and Salsa? They were free last December. Impressions was always packed.

Wow, Salsa use to be free, and Blue Laggoon use to be open 24 hours....Sad to see all these surcharges. Food at Salsa's is GREAT though.

Added after our March 9 trip. Seems to have been part of the "2.0 improvements"
