Sensation- Nassau Excursion

We are booked on the Carnival Sensation. We are debating between 2 excursions Blackbeard's Beach Break or the Yellowbird Party Boat . From my understanding they both end up on the same beach. Anyone been on either? What do you recommend?

Also want to make sure we can do jetskiing or snorkling.
