Turtles or Butterflies?

Hi, We'll be traveling with a 3 and 1 year old so our options are a little limited regarding adventurous excursions. I was thinking of visiting the Turtle or Butterfly farm. I've looked at both of their websites and the Butterfly farm states they were totally destroyed after Ivan but plan to be open again 12/1/04. I wonder if this will make it less than it once was or maybe the rebuilding will make it even better? I am no expert on butterflies, but if they were all lost, can they 'make' that many butterflies in a months time? We'll be there in mid January. The virtual tour at the Turtle farm website makes me think the experience is a little less than thrilling. If you've been to one/both, can you give me your opinions? I plan to pair this with a trip on the Nautilus. Thanks!
