Kayaking in Saguenay National Park?

Recommended Posts

My husband and I will be on the Crown Princess Oct 13-23. We are having a hard time figuring out what to do in Saguenay, Canada. I have checked out the ship's tours because I couldn't find any private tours there. We are interested in Kayaking in Saguenay National Park but was wondering, will it be too cold? Do you get wet? We will be there on Oct 21st. Has anyone ever done this tour? Can you offer any feedback about this tour or others that were interesting in Saguenay?

Here is the ship's description:

Enjoy a 45-minute scenic drive to Parc National du Saguenay Interpretation Center. A safety briefing will be provided before boarding your kayak for a one-and-a-quarter-hour journey. Paddle along Cape Trinity, the most impressive in the fjord with sheer cliffs and sand beaches. Following your kayak tour, enjoy some free time at the Interpretation Center to view the excellent exhibits of the Fjord or shop in the trendy gift shop.

Thanks for all of the great info. I was able to find tours for all of the other ports because of these boards.
