scomar Posted September 10, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 10, 2009 I know on some other cruise line ships there are hidden or off the beaten path doors and places that you can find with the right information. Is this true of the Eurodam? If it is please share. I love off the beaten path type stuff. Thanks Scomar

DutchByAssociation Posted September 11, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 11, 2009 If there are any points of scenic cruising on your cruise, the forward areas on deck 5 (very large), as well as decks 6 and 7 are open to access (watch your step as you come through the door) and offer some of the most incredible views from the ship. DutchByAssociation Posted September 11, 2009 #4 Share Posted September 11, 2009 Or better yet, book a CA category room on Deck 10, and you'll get a view that rivals that of the bridge!
momofmeg Posted September 11, 2009 #5 Share Posted September 11, 2009 I know on deck 6 at the front of the ship on the Westerdam, there is a door to a balcony area-it is only open in port-but we went out there several times.
Rare Copper10-8 Posted September 11, 2009 #6 Share Posted September 11, 2009 On both port and starboard sides of the bow, there is something called the "diving board", manned by officers when entering and leaving a port of call. Depending on where the captain hails from (Italy:eek: Greece:eek: Belgium:eek:), sometimes they (the officers on the diving board) panic
