I want to mention one thing in particular - we ate most of our lunches and dinners in Windows - the food was very good, and the service was outstanding. I cannot understand how people complain about the service in Windows ! All the servers were professional, polite and always greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. They work 10 hour shifts, 7 days a week for a 10 month period. This was my first cruise - and the service I received in Windows alone, would bring me back for more NCL cruises. We received nothing but outstanding service not only in the dining room but in all areas of the ship. One lunch took a little longer than usual but apologies were given to us about the delay.
