scottndsky Posted September 16, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 16, 2009 Does anyone have pictures of the Club HAL rooms on deck 10 of the Vista class ships? We've booked the Oosterdam for a 7-day Alaskan cruise in July 2010. Our kids will be 6 and 4 by then. Does anyone have Club HAL experiences on these ships to share? How are the rooms organized, by age? Thanks, Scott
trophy_23 Posted September 16, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 16, 2009 I know you are asking about Vista class ships, but friends of ours just came back from the Volendam 7day Alaska and their kids had a wonderful time with Club HAL. They kept them super busy and entertained, they were very happy.
abb4k Posted September 17, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 17, 2009 We were on sister ship Westerdam a year ago, and there's basically one very large Club HAL room that has multiple areas (big screen TV for movies, craft tables, games, etc). Next door was a small gameroom (video arcade). This was on the top-most deck served by the aft elevator (deck 10, if I remember correctly). I'm sorry I don't have any photos for you, but you can find some high res images on HAL's website. Just click on the Onboard Our ships, select the ship you're sailing on, and you should find a photo of Club HAL. For what it's worth, our 3-year-old LOVED Club HAL last year, and is looking forward to it again this year.
