Brew Pub Recommendations in Vancouver

Well the title pretty much sums it up....We enjoy pubgrub and good brew. We will be at the Hyatt so within a mile or so as we will be walking. Also places should be okay for a five year old to go to. Thanks.

We have eaten at the Steamworks Brewing Co. Brewpub several times, the most recent in mid-September. It is a short walk from the cruise ship terminal and at the very North end or beginning of "Gastown". There would be no problem taking children. Good food - very extensive menu and a number of good beers, although I am spoiled with all the "microbrews" we have here in Washington State. Also, very nice view of the Vancouver Harbor. I would highly recommend this one.
