Sailing the Dawn on Oct 4th. Does the Dawn do a Pub Crawl? I have sailed the Dawn before but do not remember that event.

Thanks,

We had one on the 7/19 sailing, must have been almost 200 people signed up! It was the most fun I had on the entire cruise.

We were on the Dawn on the August 30th sailing to Bermuda and, yes, they did have the Pub Crawl. We did not do it but heard they had a great time. I think it was $25 for five bars but they throw in a sixth for good measure. Hope you enjoy Bemurda as much as we did. It is a truly beautiful island.

I was on the Dawn on the August 16 cruise, and they did have the pub crawl - although I didn't participate. I would like to point out a different activity - the Mojito and muddling seminar. It was quiet and not crowded - and we got to sample 7 different mojitos for only $15. One of the best values on the cruise.

I read a review on here somewhere, where the cruiser was on the Dawn,

and complained about the throng of Pub Crawl folks in the casino, and creating such a racket, that they could not hear the dealer at the blackjack table...So to answer your question, Yes, they do the Pub crawl.

Maybe Ill join in the festivities, if my wife is willing to watch our 3 year old.

It starts off in Pearly King's. At that time you sign up and choose a "name"--not your real name--your drinking name (I was I'm not shy!).

Once everyone is signed up, Kevin (or who ever is hosting it) will go over the rules and how things will run. Break the rules and you will be forced to drink the 4 horsemen.....

He will then play a very clever version of Bud Light presents Real Heroes....

And then the drinking commences!!!!

At Pearly Kings you must down a beer within in the time limit (1 or 3 min I think). Proud to say I was the first one done!

Then you go to Salsas--where the drink is a Mojito or Margarita (I think) I think this is where rule breakers must down the 4 horsemen (a combo of Jose Cuervo, Johnny Walker, Jim BEam and Old Granddad--I think). There was some sort of pass the something or other without using your hands--not everyone was involved in this game....

Next stop was Gatsby's (I think--things were already starting to get a little fuzzy) where it was men vs women--a fight to see who finished their cosmo first.

Then we were off to the Casino bar--don't remember the drink here.

Then it was up to the Bimini where Rum punch was served. They added a "bonus" final drink--also a fruity one--at Topsiders.

Good noisy, wacky fun. After that it was nap time!

They actually ran it twice on the cruise I was on--Monday and Friday! I could only handle it once though!
