I have to agree with the mayor of Venice that it's not a good idea to have ships in that area. I'm surpirsed it's allowed at all given the volume of small water taxis in the area.

Glad to hear nobody was injured... that could have been pretty bad...

While reading the article, I noticed the "interesting" name of the company who runs the ship, "Holiday Kreuzfahrten". I haven't taken German since 7th grade, but it sounds like a company who might be serving/eating too much ranch steak... [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/img]
