I've never used them but a colleague of mine did and she was VERY impressed with them. They were extremely reliable and gave excellent service.

We used Shoretrips for a mini-boat excursion in St. Marten. There was a mix-up in times with the local excursion office that they booked through. Basically we had scheduled for the morning excursion and the company had us down for the afternoon. The local company came up with a compromise that suited us for the morning trip that happened to be sold out (we rode on the big "mother boat" with the captain). The local company called Shoretrips and explained the mix-up and they credited our excursion cost back onto our credit card. We basically had a fun day on a boat without paying a thing. They were very customer friendly. I wouldn't hesitate with using them again.
