Just Returned Conquest 9-13 Sailing

We returned this AM from the September 13 sailing of the Conquest. This was the morning of the ALL CREW immigration. We actually docked right after 5:30 AM (an hour early) and they began soon after that. When we finally left the baggage area at around 11:00 there was crew still in line!

The food onboard was fantastic! We are Diamond Plus members on RCCL and have been on Conquest before -- this is was the best food we have ever had on a cruise ship -- it was REALLY good! It was a great cruise -- had a little rain most days -- nothing to spoil activities. Should you have questions. I'll try to answer.

Your post makes me anxious to go. We are going in December on the Conquest and I am too excited to the point of already thinking about packing.

We are sailing November 8th and I have never been on the Conquest. However, I have been on the Glory and Liberty which I believe to be fairly similar in their layouts.

I'm so glad you had a great cruise! The Conquest was my first and we had an amazing time on her! Can't wait to cruise on her again someday!

The movies changed every day. Ones I remember off the top of my head: Casino Royale, Seven Pounds, High School Musical 3, and U2 concert tour. Saturday there was the Tennessee (I think) college football game; I remember it because the game ran long and they moved the movie showing into the Degas Lounge.

 

Rain did cancel one activity for us. We booked a dolphin swim tour through Carnival (fortunately) and it got canceled due to a downpour. Our refund went through--in full!--about an hour after the ship sailed.

We sailed with you. We had a great time. It was our first cruise and we can't wait to go again.

When you get time tell us everything we'd like to hear it all! :) The good and the not so good. ;) We sail on November 15th Eastern route and it will be our third time on her but first since she went into drydock. You said the food was good what was your favorite? Anything you didn't care for? Share it all please and Thank You!

What kind of shows do they have? I'm a fan of magic and was hoping there would be some kind of magic show on board. Did they offer the Drink of the Day cards still?

We've been on Conquest twice now and had great times. Looking forward to cruising on her again next year.
