Bar Harbor: What time doe shops open in in town?

What time does the town open up for walking around? Ship arrives at 7 am and stays till 6 pm. How are is town from the ship's pier? Thanks!

The town is right there where you get off the tender. I don't know what time the shops open - I would guess around 9:00 - but there are great little places to get coffee in town and you can walk around the town. You can also take the shore path on the harbor, which has gorgeous views.

Last week some of the shops were open at 9 AM and then others opened at 10 AM.
