Headphones and Treadmills

Are there headphone jacks on the treadmills on the Explorer for watching tv or listening to music? Just need to know if I should bring my own.

Yes there are headphone jacks on the treadmills. They are tied into the little monitors on the machine which essentially have the same channels as the tv in your room

what is on the channels? are there just a few of them or all of them that are available? are there tv monitors to watch too??

The channels are CNN, ESPN, the Royal Carribean channel, a couple of kids channels,

etc. Not all machines have them and NO there are no overhead monitors. You may want to bring your own music player with you(don't forget headphones)
