ROLL CALL - Carnival Valor - Oct. 11, 2009

Will there be some LGBT / FOD friends on the Valor salling out of Miami on October 11 for a week of Exotic Western Caribbean sun? We can't wait to roll in the sand of Roatan (and be bitten by sand fleas!).

 

This is our second time doing this itinerary and looking forward to it!

my partner and i along with our 8 year old son will be there. we cant wait!!!!!! it is his first cruise and he is so excited. we look forward to meeting you and your partner will you be at the fod meeting??

Yes, we'll get to the FOD gathering--although last year (we took the same cruise in December) they scheduled them during our second-seating dinner. Also, we're going to try to swing by the CC informal meet-and-greet at the aft/back bar by the pizzaria after the muster drill/sailaway, that was mentioned in the Valor Roll Call thread. Keep an eye out for us (interracial couple) at both.

 

Your 8-year-old will have a great time. This is our fourth cruise on Carnival and we've been really impressed by all the activities they have for kids on-board. Plus, this mix of ports will give him a really good window into just how different other parts of the world are from our own. And, of course, there's the giant water slide! :)

 

Look forward to meeting you ladies on Sunday. Can't believe it's only two more days; guess it's time to get serious about packing!
