St Petersburg on Jewel of the Seas10th and 11th July 2009

We were on the Jewel of the Seas in St Petersburg on 10th and 11th July and had big problems with the crew and the ships disembarkation procedures. We have since been in correspondence with RCI but they will not accept the facts of the matter. I was wondering whether there anyone out there who was on the same cruise and has also taken up thr matter with RCI. If so I would be most interested to find out if you have managed any success with them. It might be that we can help each other so please reply if you were one of the many who were inconvenienced by the crew on the boat.
