pearl12970 Posted September 24, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 24, 2009 We plan to take a 7 day Carribean cruise on the Liberty of Seas in Nov and I am really excited about the H2O Zone for my son who will 3 years ( almost - Bday in Dec ). He loves playing in water and will really enjoy the H2O zone . Do kids have to be potty trained to use the splash area ?
crusinmama06 Posted September 24, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 24, 2009 Well yes and no. Yes, there is a small area of the H20 zone that the kids who aren't potty trained are allowed to play in. It's called the "Baby Splash Zone". If they see a child wearing swim diapers, the deck patrol will redirect you and the child over to the Baby Splash Zone. But the rest of the H20 zone (and all of the other pools and hot tubs on the ship) are off limites to kids who aren't potty trained :( Here is the pic of the Baby Splash Zone... smoothy Posted September 25, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 25, 2009 On top of what Cruisinmama said, I wanted to add that age isn't an issue for the pool, only thing that matters is the diaper/no diaper. For the Adventure Ocean however, the child has to be both toilet trained and age 3+
