Mexican Riviera with 3yr old... ideas on what to do?

Just looking for suggestions from people who have been there done that. We'd like to explore with our little one, but want to make sure it's safe. He loves fish!

 

We're doing: Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, and Mazatlan. We'd like to do an adult snorkel at one port if we determine NCL group babysitting will work for our son.

 

In case it makes a difference, we will be on the NCL Star

 

Any ideas??

Yes, thank you, I did see that thread.. but I guess I was hoping to do a bit more than just hang out at the beach (although maybe that wouldn't be such a bad thing!) I was hoping to get ideas for tours or excursions that others would recommend for that age... maybe he's still a bit too young??

If you want to do a tour with a toddler, I'd suggest hiring a private tour. In Mazatlan I looked into Mazatlan Frank who seemed great. That way you could leave the car seat in the van when you get out.

 

In Cabo there's the Lands End Boat tour or you could do the Pirate Ship.

 

The ports of call board will have ideas for private tour operators in each of the ports.

Let me know what you ended up doing and how the Star is. We are going in December and are taking are 2 1/2 year old.
