Unless they've changed the format, we would start out slow, work into cardio and then cool down. You could do as much as you could & I never felt pressured to try to "keep up" with the younger ones. The only reason I stopped was that I wanted to go more, like 4 times per week and I figured out it was cheaper to join a gym that had aerobics classes, so that's what I did.
