Booking shore excursions

Does our cruise need to be paid in full in order to book any shore excursions though CCL? Just wondering.:)

No. Just the deposit needs to be paid in full. You will get charged by Carnival right away when booking an excursion though. And you have to wait until they make them available, normally around 90 days before sailing I think.

Per the Carnival site, "Remember, you can only book shore excursions online if you've made a full deposit and you are not within three days of -- or more than 90 days from -- your departure date."
