Have booked a half day snorkel to see sting rays, have never been able to do this in 3 trips, due to weather. However, are those ship stingray tours that have canceled? If you are on a ship tour that cancels, jump on the first tender you can and there is a good chance you can pick up a stingray tour right at the dock for a lot less money.
