Only 2 1/2 Caribbean ports-Help

We have to make a decison this week on whether to try Costa for the New Years cruise. One of my biggest issues is the port time. Two full days ( St thomas & San Juan) and only 1/2 day in Nassau. We we be bored on the boat for so long. We are travelling with 2 20 year olds, 17 and 13. The boat is Fortuna (Eastern)--Dec 27

The other boat we are contiplating is Carnival Valor---$1000 more in price, but they have 4 ports, seaside theatre, late night comedy etc.

 

Need help deciding????????????
