Deborah Gorman was loyalty ambassador when we were on at the end of February. Don't have her address or know if she is still onboard.

I don't have an email, but I have phone #'s for Deborah Gorman. She was Loyalty Ambassador on the Serenade in January.

Some advice for anyone wanting to book their next cruise on the ship. Set up appointment early in the week. I could not believe the number of people wanting to speak to the Loyalty Ambassador on that last day and had to be turned away. It was craziness and people were rude.

We are actually looking into the Mediterranean in June 2005 on the Brilliance. It does 2 days in Venice.
