What to do in the so. caribbean?

I am going to the so. carribean via caribbean princess on Nov. 1, 2009. I have never been to the caribbean, and am looking foward to the clear waters to snorkel. An advise would be greatly appreciated. Our ports of call include: Tortola, Barbados, St. Thomas, Antigua, and St. Lucia.
