Snorkeling Grand Turks

My family and I (2 teenagers - girl 16 and boy 14) are travelling on Costa Cruise Lines 11/21 on Costa Atlantica. We are going to the Grand Turks and are looking for snorkeling for my husband and I and beach, kneeboarding for kids. I have tried to find excursions on our own without going through the cruise line but need help! Where is great snorkeling in Grand Turk and something for the kids - we need inexpensive!
