Roll Call: Radiance of the Seas 10/09/10

I was on the offensive line when I played football. Played mostly Center. Notice how I am taking the question literately and chosen to ignore any other meanings it may imply. LOL :)

I sailed the Carnival Imagination 3 times, because it was sooooooo cheap. All 3 cruises were less than $200 each for a single cabin.

Planning on doing at least 1 1/2 hours of Cardio a day on the ship. Hopefully getting enough cardio when in port. Last 7 day cruise, only gained 1 pound.

I am in the late seating as well and if there is room at the table, I would love to join you.

My only real plans is to go to Mr. Sancho's Beach Club in Cozumel. I LOVE this place. The food is cooked to order instead of a buffet and the drinks are awesome. Well worth the $45. Must book them online for the $45 rate. They only ask for a $5 deposit. I know there are several Pirates going as well. It is going to be a fun day.

Looking forward to meeting everyone on the ship.

Joel

Freddie,

Too late to sign up for the meet & mingle. I assume you can get me in...

You and Michael are in late dining and we will do the Windjammer (not into long drawn out dinners) maybe we can get together for lunch sometime...

Joel- What are your dinner plans (?) and free to join us if desired...what are your plans for this cruise? Just lots of lazy days ahead for me in the solarium, the gym and reading a book...

1 week to go and the shp is geting closer to Tampa as I write this (just thru the canal). Will try to get to the port by 11 AM....

Lets hear from you an looking forward to seeing all of you...

Both Greg are pretty fit for our age (under 135 Ils each). Freddie and Mchael are in pretty good shape as well (2 hunks). For me, I will be reading book an taking in the passing ocean. Was just out by the gulf and the waves are coming in from the northwest...somewhat rare for here. Greg will no doubt be in the casino or art auction....Need to call and see if room is assigned yet. Freddie, Joel ...

I called RCL and the room assigned is 8588...just before the hump on the starboard side. Now on to surprise Greg about the balcony cabin. If we meet for lunch dont blow the surprise about the room. He thinks we are up forward with a window cabin.

How about meeting for lunch onboard? Brett

That would work fine for me. RCCL are somewhat strict about letting people in their cabins before 1 though. We should find a meeting place. I am in cabin 9007. My flight gets in at 11:07 AM. Not a nonstop, but no change of planes.

Freddie, Joel...

I called RCL and have room 8588. How about lunch when weget onboard. The room is a surprise for Greg as he expects a porthole room.

Well...maybe Michael is a hunk. I'm much less than one. Hell...I have been trying like the devil to drop weight before the crusie since I found myself at 190 one morning a few months back. Glad to say that I have managed to drop back to 169, but 160 would be a nice goal. When I graduated from high school (many, MANY years ago, I was at 225 with a 42 waist. Finally, I just made up my mind and dropped 75 pounds and 10 inches in about 3.5 months. It's always a struggle for me.

Didn't they stop having the art auctions? I know they severed their relationship with Park West but maybe they have a new company now.

I would like to do on of the speciality restaurants, but do not want to dodo it alone. If anyone has a extra place, let me know.

Joel

I'm thinking that I would like to take my roommate (just a roommate - lol) Michael to dinner at Chops on his birthday. He celebrates on the 11th which I believe is the day we are in Grand Cayman. You are more than welcome to join us!

Freddie & Joel,

Why not E mail me at go.buckeyes@comcast.net and we can exchange phone numbers and then select a place to meet. (?) Make sure you do not bring up room assignments at lunch as the surprise is on for Greg's balcony room (he will be soooooo excited). (I guess I could give out my cell number here...but afraid of a lurker who may want to stalk me before and/or during the cruise -- Freddie used to stalk me, but lost interest on the last cruise I guess) Brett

When I got the new cell phone, all old contacts were lost. PLUS you never contacted me at YOU had my number as well - LOL I will email you my contavt info.

Lunch on boarding day sounds great, but I may not be available then. It all depends on the time the shuttle gets to the port. I'll be staying in Tampa the night before (even though it's only about an hour and a half to Tampa) because it is actually cheaper to get a suite for $88 than it is to park at the port because the Sheraton offers free parking while you cruise and I was able to get the Pirates a special rate. Besides...that way, I get to extend my vacation by one day :D

Email is on its way........
