Seminole876 Posted October 8, 2009 #1 Share Posted October 8, 2009 We are planning on going cave tubing this December..I read on many other posts that the water is a bit "brisk", "cold", "refreshing", etc. I saw that the average high in Belize is 80* in December. Here's the thing...we are from Florida, and when it is 80* out, it is beautiful to us, and anything in the 70's is somewhat cold (I wear a jacket if it's in the 70's). Will it be too cold for us, especially when we get out of the water? What are everyone's thoughts...am I just being a baby?! :D
happycruiser1960 Posted October 9, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 9, 2009 We cabetubed in early January of this year. The water is not extremely cold. I am from SC and feel the same as you, but you'll have a blast.

zstell Posted October 12, 2009 #4 Share Posted October 12, 2009 We went in late October and the water was a little cool, going again in February and expect it will be a little cooler. I would not let that stop you, it's amazing! I would highly recommend taking dry clothes to change into, they have clean facilities and it will make the long bus ride back much more comfortable!
