I'm so angry! I just got a call from RCCL customer service. They offered me a 10% discount, which they are "graciously" rounding up to $50 per person since this was such an "inexpensive cruise." They also said they had no record of my cabin having any problems and that I didn't report anything to maintenance. That isn't true, because I called myself and my cabin attendant also called in my presence.
