Arashi Beach and Palm Beach are ENTIRELY different beaches.

There is some snorkeling at the very southern end of Arashi, the rest is white sand beach, used by a lot of locals and tourists not staying at major resorts. Some, but not a lot of shade.

Palm Beach is a long stretch of white sand beach with about a dozen high rise resort hotels. There is no snorkeling here. Nothing to see but a white sand bottom.
