Are taxi's plentiful and easy to get from FLL to a Hotel? We are arriving Friday night appx 7pm. Are they easy to get after you disembark your cruise to the airport?

Is it a flat rate from port to FLL, like in Miami?

When I'd gotten out from the cruise terminal & with porter taking care of my luggage, the porter got out into the line of cabs and snagged one for me. This was out of the long line of cabs waiting to approach the area where people were standing, waiting for a cab.

No, but the port and airport are adjacent. It's $10-15 depending on what part of the port your ship is docked in.
