Early Saver is fine, if something comes up you can rebook with another cruise, you lose $50, but you still get a great deal.

 

I wouldn't mind risking a $50 service fee for making a change, but if a family of four pays $250 per person for their deposit of $1,000, that deposit would not be refundable if they booked a cruise using the early saver option and subsequently had to cancel their cruise.
