help with shuttle or taxi rentals for 8 hrs in victoria

Hi,

I am going to be in Victoria for about 8hrs. There will be 4 of us and we will need to go several places throughtout the day. Is there a shuttle service, or someone know of a recommended cab/van driver that can be at our disposal all day? Any assistance would be of help. We don't want to have to hail cabs every time we need to go another location.
