What are they not telling us???

When looking at the ship deck layouts there seems to be some stuff missing from the deck plans....

 

Deck 5 (Royal Promenade) 2 big stores / locations not labeled.

Deck 8 (Central Park) has 6 stores / locations not labeled.

 

Are they holding on to this information, or waiting on a big name store to rent these locations from them?

Big name stores or restaurants don't rent locations on ships. RCCL franchises the names. RCCL would pay places like Johnny Rockets to franchise. I can guarantee you that they already know what is going to be there. But since they haven't updated the deck plans since April, they just aren't listed yet. There are many restaurants and retail outlets that they have announced that just aren't on the deck plans yet.
