Amenities available on the "Progreso Resort Beach Break" at the Reef Yucatan hotel

I have booked a Carnival shore excursion called the "Progreso Resort Beach Break" for an upcoming cruise. It's an inclusive few hours at the Reef Yucatan hotel in Telchac Puerto.

Does anyone know if this hotel has either free or low cost WiFi internet available for day visitors from the cruise ships

Any other tips or experiences from people who have been here would be greatly appreciated as well.
