Hotel day passes? Beach w/ lunch?

Last time we stopped at the Cayman Islands, we did the tour of the stingrays and Rum Point.

 

We're returning on the Crown Princess in early December and would like an independent excursion or a day pass at a hotel on the beach. Are there any hotels that offer day passes?

 

Are we better off going to a beach ourselves? Any with a good restaurant for lunch?

Check out the web sile for the Reef Grill/Royal Palms. They have their menu posted and webcams of their beach. Should help you figure out if it will work for you. In my opinion, unless you really want a pool, you are better off going to the Reef Grill/Royal Palms or Sea Grape beach instead of day pass.
