Mini Cruises in Turkey

Recommended Posts

  • 2 weeks later...

We did our own mini cruise when we were in Istanbul. Just a short walk from the pier, across the bridge are the ferry docks. We took one that went all the way up the Bosphorus to a small Turkish fishing village at the entrance to the Black Sea. It was extremely inexpensive and a leisurely way to view the countryside. Keep in mind that this is geared for the locals and not so much for the tourists. It's a glimpse into real life in Turkey. I'd highly recommend it. :)
