Question on CC's "group cruises"

Ok...

How does one "sponsor" (?) a group cruise? Do you have to have specific status or qualification in order to propose one? Do you have to have a specific number of cruises under your belt?

I'm just curious... it seems that the same people do this over and over and don't know if it is a closed circle or what.

Anyone?

Thanks in advance...

You don't need any special qualifications but a lot of patience and time, LOL

Sorry to hijack the thread but I wanted to say that it's great to see you posting again, Lucy...

OP... she's right... no position or titled needed... Just be willing to spend a LOT of time and energy on the project!!!

:)
