Private Island Tours? Turtle Farm, Beach, Hell, etc.

We have a small group interested in a private island tour. Do you recommend booking through ship, or hiring a private company, or taxi? We are interested in seeing a turtle farm, hell, beaches, possible brewery etc.

We've been to Grand Cayman several times and have never used a ships tour; its far more economical to go with a private company and you'll have a much smaller group and individual attention. Check out Nativeway (you can search here for a link or go to your preferred search engine), they have a tour that sounds like what you're looking for. There are several different companies that give tours in GC, but most only go to Stingray City. We haven't used Nativeway yet, but plan to in April; they get great reviews here.
