Port Questions - HAL Western Caribbean

My boyfirend and I am going to be traveling with my wheelchair dependent sister 2/21/10-2/28/10. We were fortunate to book the Taupe cabana on 1/2 Moon Cay; Brian and I will be able to manage the wheelchair up a few steps), but we are wondering what other things are available for her. She can transfer easily with her arms into a cab, but she would like try some of the other HAL excursions. Specifically - In Cozumel there is a Mexican Cuisine Worshop and Tasting - Does anyone know if the bus has a lift? (Only day Brian and I will be unavailable). I suppose she could take a cab to the site of the class, but this may be difficult to coordinate. Also, has anyone taken the Conch World Tour on Turks and Caicos? - Excursion book states fully accessible, but to be honest it sounds pretty lame..... Any advice for Georgetown, Cayman Islands? - Thanks in advance, Cindy
