boulders Posted November 6, 2009 #2 Share Posted November 6, 2009 The 2 options that you will have are in-cabin babysitting and the Fisher Price playsession (I know they have a different name, but I can't remember them right now). The in-cabin babysitting must be booked at the Purser's desk in advance. There is no guarantee on availability. It depends on whether there are any off-duty staff available. The staff that do the babysitting are just the regular staff. The cost is $10-12/hour. The play sessions are 45 minutes each day. A parent must stay with the child. The time and location will be in the cruise compass. There is no charge or signup for these.
leighi123 Posted November 7, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted November 7, 2009 So its like regular babysiting but on-board? Do they stay in your room or can the babysitter take them out? Im just wondering b/c I want to do a canopy tour and I know he is too little to go, the rest of the time I plan on doing acitivtes he can join anyway. boulders Posted November 7, 2009 #4 Share Posted November 7, 2009 The babysitter comes to your cabin. If you give permission, they can stroll the little one around the ship.
