Who to write to regarding stolen internet usage

Who would I write to at Carnival to express concern as to how internet access is gained on their cruises. I found out first hand how easy it is for someone to use the internet under another persons sign and sail account and would like to detail to carnival how it was done so they might consider making some changes to their current system. The problem is I am not sure who to send the email to......I should add that I did get the charges removed from my account so at least I did not have to pay them.....It was a real pain though. Thanks for any help you can be on this.
