TAC1 Posted November 8, 2009 #1 Share Posted November 8, 2009 Has anyone done both the dolphin encounter and turtle farm in Grand Caymen? I see it as an excursion through our ship Freedom of the Seas for $79 and wondering if anyone has done it or if there is an independant that would do it cheaper? any help would be appreciated. Kerry&LuAnn Posted November 13, 2009 #2 Share Posted November 13, 2009 Here's the website for the Dolphin Discovery: http://www.**********************grand-cayman/cayman-location-overview.asp Admission apparently includes free admission to the Turtle Farm. If you want to go on your own, just take one of the frequently-running local buses for $2.50 per person each way.
TAC1 Posted November 14, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted November 14, 2009 Thanks for the information. It's actually cheaper to book through the ship. That doesn't happen very often. Any idea where I could get a bus schedule/map. I'm thinking about booking through the ship so we can be one of the first groups off and then return via the bus at our leisure.
