deadmans reef in freeport??

I really want to do this excursion. I was just wondering, would it be better to book it with them or take a taxi? It's only 70 dollars if we book it with them but we can't go right away since they only pick up at certain times. If we took a taxi though we could go right away, but about how much is it to take a taxi? There's 2 of us. Also, are there taxi's there waiting in Freeport? Or do you just have to hope you can catch one lol. I just don't want to miss the ship if we can't catch one.
