Boardwalk Cabin #s 719 & 319

I was looking over bookings and noticed that across every deck and nearly every sailing cabins (deck#)319 and (deck#)719 in the boardwalk view cabins are always empty. Does anyone know why this is? Is there something about that spot? It seems odd that a cabin only 6 from the end would always be empty while every other cabin in the category (many of which are farther back) are sold out.
