Does anyone know when Harrison Caves will be opening?

Hi Judy in Ohio. Love your state! We visited in July to go to Cedar Point with some friends who live there.

 

I wanted to see the caves again this year, but this is the second year in a row they will be closed in December. I sent an email to them and they finally replied that they were planning on reopening in January. However, keep in mind that they were originally supposed to reopen the middle of December, and I would have been able to see it then. :mad: Maybe someday they'll be open while I'm in Barbados. Hope you get to see it on your cruise.

I'm am also hoping the caves will reopen soon. Anyone know for sure. They are truly on Caribbean time. I'm leaving the day open and if we can we will go there in the morning and if there's time hit a beach. If still closed, we will go to Folkstone. We will be there Jan. 14 so I think we have a chance.
