Food/drink/music/water sports and FUN???

I have read soooooo many thread about where to 'beach it' in Grand Cayman. I can't seem to find any one particular beach area that offers all of the above mentioned. We will be in GC February 2nd.

Rum Point, according to what I can find, is operational but no water sports yet. They seem to offer everything else though. If you're not renting a car, does anyone know how much transportation is? I can't find that info anywhere.

Sea Grape, no music that I know of. Hey, it might sound like a small detail, but when we are in the islands, we LOVE to hear island music.

Thanks in advance for anyone who can shed some light on this for me.
